        If you are an installer, your Distributor must issue you with a permanent Customer Code. If you are an end user, your installer should have this, otherwise you have to request our generic code.

        We have 4 servers around the world. Make sure your station is on the Africa server. If it is not, we can move it for you.

        We can move dongles from one installer to another, change ownership details, and edit station information – all without unbinding the dongle.

        No, only install firmware updates which are specifically required to fix a bug. If your machine is functioning normally, do not update it.

        Our dongles only send packet data every 5 minutes. You can click the refresh button to update the information instantly.

        Yes, we advise this. Since the Lead Acid setting is voltage regulated, is very accurate and allows for greater control.
