How to earn rewards

The program operates on a credit-earning and reward system designed just for you. After signing up, you can start earning credits immediately. Once you reach certain thresholds (e.g., over 200 credits), you can redeem them for free LUX products at any time during 2024. If you choose to retain the credits, every additional 50 credits earned will upgrade your rewards to more advanced models.The LUX products available for rewards include the Hybrid LXP 8k, 10k, and 12k.

Credits pave the way to rewards, unlocking free machines for you. The credit-earning requirements may vary depending on your country, so please refer to the specific rules for accurate information.

What can i do to build my credit balance?

Posting on Social Media

earn 1-4 credits

Showcase your LUX installations, tips, tutorials, and user experiences on social media, and tag Luxpower.

Attending LUX Training

earn 1 credit

Attending online/offline training organized by Luxpower or LUX-distributor.

Participating LUX Survey

earn 1 credit

Fill out the questionnaires released by Luxpower.

Participating LUX Campaign

earn 2 credits

Meet the campaign’s specified requests within the designated timeline.

Once enrolled and on your credit-earning journey, you can monitor your credit accumulation status here. Your credit balance is updated on the 15th and the last day of each month.
